Professional Resilience and Well-Being Curriculum
The Science of Professional Resilience and Well-being curriculum defines a new framework to help students build mental and emotional survival skills to get them workforce-ready. Students will learn to build the emotional resilience and mental toughness required to meet the demands, including exposure to high levels of traumatic stress, they will encounter at work.
This curriculum will help students learn how to enjoy the satisfaction of helping, caring for, protecting, or serving others without developing the harmful effects of working in highly stressful, intense occupations.
Effective for First Responder, Healthcare, and Mental Health Programs
Colleges and universities are now incorporating professional resilience curricula into their first responder, healthcare, and mental health academic and occupational programs.
